Rules

Age: Competitor must be 18 years or older to enter Pole Expressions.
Location: Competitors must reside and train in Queensland.
Performance time: Maximum performance time for all routines is 2 minutes 30 seconds.
Pole configuration: Stage right static, stage left spin (Diagram link above)
Specifics: True Blue Amateur vs Amateur entry – this categorisation is only used during the video entry period to select the competition finalists.
- True Blue Amateur Entry – open to anyone who has never competed in a regional, state or national amateur pole competition including graded and ungraded competitions (in house studio competitions are not included).
- Amateur Entry – open to anyone who has never competed in a professional or semi-professional competition, achieved a national amateur finalists position or placed top 3 in an amateur category competition – including graded and ungraded competitions, within Australia within the last 5 years.

All competitors are also subject to the Regulations
